This guy's got way too much time on his hands

i was in phoenix at a race event a few weeks ago and after going out in round two of competition i ventured to the grandstands to watch the rest of the racing action. On my way to the beer vendor i spotted this guy. He told me he used 7,000 pull tabs to make that hat! where' the hell did he find time to do that?
