The AutoZip Sander is based on Ali Industries’ popular Zip Sander design, which provides a new approach to sanding that combines comfort, performance and convenience in a smart and versatile shape. The oval shape of the AutoZip Sander™ is the perfect tool for auto body finish work, and is especially good on contours.
The AutoZip Sander works with dry and wet sandpaper, and comes packaged with refills in a range of grits – two each of 80, 180, 320 (waterproof) and 400 (waterproof) grit. It is made of high-density foam, has a comfortable, ergonomically designed handle and is lightweight to handle long sanding projects. It also features a hook-and-loop fastening system for quick and easy sandpaper changes. Grits are available for rough surface sanding, between coats and final finishing for metal or plastic/fiberglass, in wet or dry sandpaper.
