An update dated Thursday, 3/12/09:
"The parts arrived Wednesday. That's good. But...

...the 11.5 inch inside width of the chassis wouldn't allow the wide tires to engage the length of the 36 inch axle. So, with a refrigerator full of Bull, the Team reduced the width of the chassis (this means start over!) to accommodate the tires. The transmission mount proved tricky, so a two plane mount was made to accommodate the chain line and the need to move the motor/trans assembly to tighten the chain. So far so good. The handle assembly needs to be channeled also. That means disassembly and reassembly. It'll be nice. This mover can be called the Phoenix. From the ashes of the original design, this new 'low profile' mover makes a pit bull look like a lap dog. The puller mast needs to be channeled also, and will need a different mounting location if it's to remain adjustable (fore and aft). Driving all wheels means there's about 36 inches of rubber on the pavement. It is possible to render two or more of the wheels undriven for the sake of steering, however, that remains to be seen. Test driving the mover will be something not to be missed!"
