This alone would not have prompted me to fumble for my camera and wait anxiously for this truck to pass me again. Indeed, the message spray painted on the board, "LOCK YOUR TAILGATE" is what caught my attention. My picture isn't clear enough for you to catch that part, as I was driving at the time and it whizzed by faster than I expected, but that is what it said. I'm spreading his message to you guys! We can only assume that his tailgate had been stolen.
