Well, I can't really call it the Brown Bomber anymore because the only brown left on the '73 is the hood and tailgate. And it doesn't really look racey enough to be called the Parts Racer yet so for now I guess I'll keep on calling it the '73.
We are little more than 24 hours away from hitting the road on the greatest road trip ever. Calin and I through the last few details left on the truck together last weekend, temporarily fixing the rusty floor, addind sound deadening material, and replacing some bad factory sheetmetal.
Tomorrow we'll wait out the traffic and whether or not I actually fix the electrical gremlin that's plagued the driver side headlights, we'll head to Phoenix, Arizona to go see Todd and the crew at Baer Brakes.
We'll be blogging daily during this trip and uploading video of our shenanigans on the road. If nothing else goes wrong, our 12 gallon fuel capacity should keep the trip entertaining when we have to stop every hour and a half for gas. lol
